1 month course (preventive & maintenance) – long term
1st 10 days to neutralize free radicals to prevent premature aging and provide photoprotection against UVA and UVB damage: 1 softgel of VP Softgels AF, 30 minute before meal preferable in the morning.
2nd 10 days to improve skin health: 1 capsule of PTE Glow, twice daily, 30 minute before meal preferable in the morning and night.
3rd 10 days to protect skin from ultraviolet radiation and provide moisture: Apply Total Block thoroughly onto the skin after moisturizer, every morning.
- Make sure there is a gap between the consumption of supplements, a minimum of 30 minutes before taking the next one.
