SELF-PICK-UP OPTION AVAILABLE IN HONG KONG!

1. This pick-up option is only applicable for purchases made in mf3swiss.shop from China with shipment to Hong Kong.
2. Pick up time is every Monday to Friday (Except Saturday, Sunday & PH) with the collection time from 10am to 1pm, 2pm to 4pm.
3. MF3 Global E-commerce has the right to change the terms and conditions at any given time, without any prior notice.

  • Please note that duties or taxes are not included in the shipping fees. You may be charged for duties and taxes at delivery.
  • ALL orders may be subject to customs duties depending on each country’s customs policy. To prevent delivery delays, please work with customs and logistics providers to pay any taxes incurred and complete the customs clearance process.
  • We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee’s name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.
