Premature skin aging is the visibility of aging skin like fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation and sagging skin even before old age. It can happen as early as in our late 20’s or early 30’s, and become more apparent in our early 40’s.

2. Poor diet
A diet that is high in refined carbs, sugar and processed food is known to contribute to the acceleration of the aging process. So, they’re not kidding when they said, “you are what you eat”! 4. Lack of sleep
